Environmental Policy

At Salty Swamis, 1% of revenue are committed to funding grassroots environmental conservation and carbon offsetting programs. In conjunction with The Parrotfish Collective - a local not for profit organization - we are making positive change on the east coast of Sri Lanka through jungle cleanups, regeneration programs, upskilling of national park trackers and youth education programs.

Washing Instructions

The following instructions apply to all Salty Tees:

The fabrics we at Salty Swamis choose to use are not synthetic and aside from the excess fabric that we source from the local industry, are all organic - so please treat them with care. The better you treat them, the longer you will be able to carry the good vibes. We strive for high quality and durability across our whole product range.

Refer to the size chart located below each product in our online store to order choose the right size for you. Please allow for a variance of +/- 0.75 inches while measuring.

Returns Policy
​
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of original purchase. Unfortunately, no returns or refunds will be allowed past this point.
In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and unwashed with hang tags still intact. Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was delivered or is faulty/damaged. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. To begin your returns process, please email us your receipt or proof of purchase and reason for return. Items must be sent to 542 Galle Road, Hikkaduwa, Southern Province, Sri Lanka.
Once your items have been received and inspected, we will notify you on whether your refund has been approved. All refunds are at the discretion of Salty Swamis and its staff. Refunds are issued in the form of gift cards or the original payment method.

Can I return/exchange items in-store?
Yes, you can visit our store during opening hours to exchange or return items. Hikkaduwa (Nov - Apr) and Arugam Bay (May-Oct).

What payment methods are accepted?

Paypal and all major debit/credit cards are accepted on our website.

Can I cancel my order?
​
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has not been dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it for you

What are your shipping charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically shown at checkout before your payment is made.

Expedited Mail Service: 7 - 10 working days
Sri Lanka Standard Post: 14 - 21 working days

Will I be charged customs duty or taxes?
You may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Salty Swamis only charges you the price of the products and shipping. Taxes and customs duties vary from country to country and as a recipient, you must comply with your country’s law and regulations. Please be wary of this before making your purchase.
